• KeepOrBurn is a platform for personal commitment challenges. You use it at your own risk.
• You must provide accurate information (email, challenge details, etc.).
• No registration is required, but you are responsible for your own actions and payments.

2. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• If you complete your challenge, your money is refunded. If not, it is "burned" (irreversibly donated).
• We do not store your card details.

3. Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your challenge and payment information.
• We are not liable for lost funds due to incorrect information or missed deadlines.
• We may refuse service for abuse, fraud, or illegal activity.

4. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Major changes will be announced on the site.
